Got a specialist degree in Mathematics in Saint Petersburg State University, graduated from the probability theory and mathematical statistics department.
Joined the Theodosius Dobzhansky Center for Genome Informatics in December 2012. Currently involved in the project “Genome Russia”. My work includes quality control of genomic data, and development of storage and sample tracking environments. I also work on the problems of full-genomic analysis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the search for mutations associated with drug resistance.
Research interests include the probability theory, mathematical statistics and random processes theory, genome-wide association studies (GWAS), data analysis, software development, and databases and interfaces development.
