Junior researcher

I graduated from St. Petersburg Academic University in 2013 with a master degree in Algorithmical Bioinformatics. The master thesis was devoted to the Use of uneven read coverage for repeat resolution in bacterial single-cell genome assembly.

I have been working in Dobzhansky Center since 2014. My main research interests are entered in comparative genomics of the Felidae and analysis of copy number variations in mammalian genomes.
