Research Project Portals

Gaik Tamazian

Junior researcher

I graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics of St. Petersburg State University. My research area includes comparative genome analysis and analysis of genomic variants. My scientific interests are related to bioinformatics, population genetics and computational biology. In addition to theoretical aspects of these areas, I also consider computational issues related to implementation of the methods.
