Aleksei Antonik

Research engineer

Alexey Antonik is a 5th year student of the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics, St.-Petersburg State University. He is studying on the Department of Higher Geometry and his scientific interests include algebraic and differential topology.

His current researches in the Dobzhansky Center for Genome Bioinformatics are centered around the coverage problem and interconnected probability aspects of genome assembly.
